This site is not directed at or intended for use by persons under the age of 15. We do not knowingly collect, store, or disclose personal information of persons under the age of 15. If you are under 15 years of age, then please immediately exit the site and do not use or access this site unless and until we have verified that the conditions under Republic Act No. 7610, the Child Protection Act of 1992, are met such as a verified work permit from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), among others, for your continued use. We will take relevant action to delete the personal information of persons under the age of 15 where we learn such information has been collected and stored through the site without verified permit and other requirements.

EHSS account registration
EHSS is a web-based risk management tool accessible to subscribed companies or organizations with a certain number of users allowed to log in to the system at one concurrent time. Subscribed companies or organizations need to submit to us the required email address for the registration of the Administrator user role. Once the company Administrator account has been created, this Administrator could then log in to the company's EHSS account and start to register an unlimited number of their employees in the EHSS. The basic registration requirement is a valid email address and the rest of the required information is to be supplied in the Set Up section of the EHSS.

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements on our site. These companies may use information (not personal or contact details) about your visits to this web site to measure advertising effectiveness and to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you.

Although we endeavor to keep your personal information secure, EHSS will not be held responsible for any unauthorized access and use of your personal information.
To help us keep your personal information secure, you should keep confidential at all times your password, username, and EHSS account details used on the EHSS site. Furthermore, be cautious in doing online access at Internet Cafes or any unknown computer device. It is possible that a malicious software (Malware) could be installed in those systems where data can be captured. If you become aware of unauthorized usage of your password, username, or account you should contact your Administrator and/or us immediately.
